Why CentralHub asks for Google access

Google access is optional and begins only after an authorised user chooses to connect Google and completes Google's consent screen. CentralHub requests only the scopes needed for the features the user enables.

Google Tasks

When enabled for authorised platform operations, read and update task lists so the Control Centre orchestrator can synchronise an approved task queue and write back its verified statuses.

Gmail

Where enabled, the currently configured integration requests read-only access to relevant messages for authorised business workflows such as finance and support intelligence.

Google Analytics

When connected, read-only analytics data can be used to display authorised performance and marketing insights inside CentralHub.

Your control

OAuth credentials are handled server-side. Google account owners can revoke their connected access. CentralHub does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

For details about access, storage, sharing, retention and revocation of Google user data, see our Privacy Policy. Our Terms & Conditions explain the website and service scope.

Individual integrations may be under development or restricted to configured accounts. Google connection is not required to submit a demo request.
